Ledarna represent managers exclusively

Ledarna is the Swedish Organization for Managers. We offer something unique and different. By representing only managers, with no conflict of interest and no double loyalties, we can claim to be the only organization of this kind in Sweden. We play an active part in your development as a manager both in your role as a leader and as an employee.

Being a manager comes with several demands. Developing leadership skills is a complex and important task and it requires professional support and guidance. At Ledarna we strive to give you the best service for you in your role as both manager and employee.

The management community

We believe that everything starts with the individual. Our mission is to develop your leadership capabilities – and, as a result, your earnings – through training, consultation and our network of fellow managers. A membership in Ledarna gives you access to a professional community of more than 75,000 managers in all fields, a network with a wide range of possibilities.

Security

Ledarna have established collective agreements with most employer organizations on the Swedish labour market, which entitles us to influence the general working conditions for office workers.

Ledarna offer security in your role as an employee, provide objective advice on your compensation package and legal consultation or assistance with negotiations. Our specialist consultations are covered by the membership fee!

Our income insurance is an important component for economic security. In case of unemployment, you will be granted 80 percent of salaries up to 50 000 SEK.
