About Ledarna

Since Ledarna’s establishment in 1905, our fundamental belief has never changed: Managers help other managers succeed. To this day, we remain the only organisation that solely represents managers.

Today, we represent more than 97,000 members – across all industries and all levels. We understand that being a manager is one of the most important professions, as well as one of the most challenging. We provide counsel, support, and development training based on our members’ individual needs.

Our membership ranges from union services to leadership development. We also serve as a voice for managers in media, emphasizing the true value of leadership.

Our belief is that everyone should have a great manager. We believe that great managers and well-established leadership are both instrumental in creating successful organizations and committed employees.
