International collaboration, CEC

In order to ensure that we, at Ledarna, have a say in the terms and conditions for Swedish managers on an international level, we are members of the European organization for managers – CEC European Managers (Confédération Européenne des Cadres).

We believe that strengthening the status of managers internationally is also beneficial for managers here in Sweden.

Represents one million managers

CEC takes an active role when new directives and framework agreements are negotiated on an EU level. CEC is the spokesperson for managers and high-level officials in relation to the EU commission and the EU parliament.

CEC has members organizations in most EU countries, and represents approximately one million managers and other senior officials.

Managers Will Make or Break Europe’s Green Transition

On 15 October, Ledarna will co-host the Sustainable Leaders’ Summit at the European Parliament in Brussels. Together with CEC European Managers, we are placing leadership at the core of Europe’s climate and competitiveness agenda.
