Executive coaching – three focused sessions
You will have access to three sessions by telephone, and it is up to you if you want to focus on different topics or a specific challenge.

If you want to take your management skills to the next level or if you are facing a challenging situation, using an experienced manager as a sounding board can be a solution. Examples of when executive coaching may be helpful:

This is how it works
With Ledarna’s executive coaching, you discuss your challenges with one of our executive coaches. You will have access to three separate telephone sessions. It is up to you if you want to focus on three different topics or discuss the same challenge in all three sessions.
We use a coaching approach, and we will support you in finding solutions to your actual challenges. The sessions are included in your membership, so there is no extra cost.
Ledarna’s executive coaches have all held management positions at different levels, both in the private and public sectors, and their experiences cover several different industries.
A maximum of three telephone sessions of executive coaching are included in any 12-month period. Each session lasts around one hour.
